Marketing Builds Bonds Between People and Brands

At Occidental Management, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond the typical landlord-tenant experience. We partner with our tenants to add value to their businesses, with the common goal of increasing awareness of and traffic to their businesses. Did you know that we have an in-house marketing department?

Our marketing team operates much like an advertising agency. They create and develop all our company marketing materials across our multiple brands and locations, including OMI, Aspiria and Aspiria NOW. The team is highly experienced in strategy and planning, content development, graphic design, video production, digital marketing, and more. Their efforts are strategic and thoughtful yet, more importantly, their efforts help to create bonds between our people, our audiences, and the communities in which we live and work.

“Once a tenant signs with us, we can help promote their business through a variety of marketing channels,” said Bob Ale-Ebrahim, Marketing Director for Occidental Management. “Some of those channels include public relations, social media, broadcast media, print advertising, digital marketing, and videos.”

This eZine is just one example where their efforts are displayed, and where we share the successes of our clients through impactful articles, videos, and ads, as well as help bridge tenants with valuable resources.

The OMI marketing team can also assist tenants with custom marketing projects, including branding initiatives and special event promotions. A few companies that have benefited from these services include Pinnacle Aerospace, Elite Harness and Cable, Kansas City FoodieFest, Vitality Health Associates, and Auburn Wine & Spirits.

“The OMI Marketing Department has been a great resource for several of our marketing projects,” said Dawn Verboom, COO, Auburn Spirits West and Auburn Spirits & Wine East. “Each person that is part of the marketing department took time to understand our liquor business and our goals and helped us tailor a marketing strategy that was both creative and effective. From designing branded social media templates for us to utilize, to ideas on how to change the look of our retail floor and front of building, the fresh innovative ideas brought a new perspective to our marketing strategy.”

Occidental’s Chairman and CEO, Gary Oborny, is fully invested in building up our tenants and advancing local entrepreneurs, and OMI’s in-house marketing services is just one way we can do that.
