Pinnacle Aerospace: Precision & Innovation at New Heights

A fresh, locally owned dining concept is now open at Central Plaza, bringing grab-and-go Japanese cuisine to East Central Avenue.
Tokizo is the passion project of owner Emiko Togashi, who has spent years dreaming of opening her own restaurant. Born in Tokyo and raised in Hiroshima, Togashi brings both cultural roots and professional restaurant experience to the space, drawing on years spent managing restaurants in Indiana and Wisconsin before launching Tokizo.
The restaurant’s name is inspired by Togashi’s grandfather’s brother, a meaningful tribute that reflects the personal story behind the concept. That sense of intention carries through to the menu, which features freshly prepared sushi rolls, a variety of sushi options, onigiri rice balls, and select Japanese comfort dishes such as udon noodles.
Tokizo is located in Suite A at Central Plaza, occupying the west end of the center. Designed as a grab-and-go restaurant, the space does not include customer seating, allowing the focus to remain on quality, efficiency, and fresh preparation. Togashi is hands-on in the kitchen and leads daily operations herself, preparing sushi and overseeing each order.
With its opening, Tokizo adds a unique and thoughtful dining option to Central Plaza and continues the center’s growing mix of locally owned, neighborhood-focused businesses. It’s a welcome addition for anyone looking for something quick, fresh, and crafted with care.
