International Pizza Hut Franchisee Holders Association Relocates to The Offices at Cranbrook

The International Pizza Hut Franchisee Holders Association (IPHFHA) is slated to move headquarters in May to the Offices at Cranbrook located east of 21^st Street and Webb Road in Northeast Wichita. IPHFHA has been a part of Wichita and Pizza Hut’s rich history since 1968, supporting over 5,300 restaurants across the franchise system. In 2022, the Association launched the Pizza Hut Foundation to support scholarship, mentorship, and literacy initiatives in the communities they serve. The new headquarters will support future workforce expansion as IPHFHA continues to grow and prosper in Wichita.

The Offices at Cranbrook are owned and operated by Wichita-based commercial real estate developer, Occidental Management. Chad Stafford, President of Occidental Management represented the landlord and Whitney Vliet Ward and Ben Suellentrop represented IPHFHA. “We are excited to welcome IPHFHA to our Class A Offices at Cranbrook property to further their growth in our community,” said Stafford.
