Simmons Bank to Move Wichita Headquarters to Union Station

Simmons Bank announced that they will be moving its Wichita headquarters to the historic Union Station building in downtown Wichita. Occidental Management’s Charlie King and Chad Stafford worked the lease from the landlord side, while InSite Real Estate Group founding partner Dan Unruh represented Simmons Bank.

Pat Gearhart, Simmons Bank Division President said, “It just allows us to not only better serve our customers but also invest in our growing Wichita team for the future.”

Stafford, Occidental Management President said, “We’re excited to have them down at Union Station. I think it’s going to be a great spot for them.”
