Occidental Management adds veteran marketing professional, Bob Ale-Ebrahim, to team
There is a new, but familiar, face in the office of Wichita-based commercial real estate company, Occidental Management. Veteran marketing professional Bob Ale-Ebrahim brings more than 30 years of experience to his new role of Marketing Director.
Ale-Ebrahim has been building brands for over a quarter of a century. His journey has led him to work in a wide array of marketing channels. Adept at marketing in print, digital, video, and social media he brings experience working with brands such as: Art’s & Mary’s Potato Chips, Boeing Aerospace, Bombardier Aviation, Cargill Meat Solutions, Cox Communications, Fox Broadcasting, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Grasshopper Mowers, Honeysuckle White Turkey, Intrust Bank, Long John Silvers, MTV, Pizza Hut, St. Luke’s Health System, Symetrix AV Solutions, Viega LLC, the Walt Disney Company, Via Christi Health System, and the Wichita River Festival.
“I was born and raised in Wichita, and I am excited at the opportunity to work for such an influential company here,” Ale-Ebrahim said. “Occidental Management has a diverse portfolio of properties in the Wichita and Kansas City areas that all have unique stories to be told. I am excited to help continue the growth and success of our group.”
Ale-Ebrahim is a collaborative marketing design expert with experience in marketing communications, brand strategy and brand management. Occidental Management President Chad Stafford says he will focus on strategically leading Occidental’s marketing efforts across their portfolio.
“Bob is a great addition to our team at Occidental Management,” Stafford said. “He brings an exciting, diverse background to our company, and we know he is going to revolutionize how we bring our properties to market.”
Ale-Ebrahim brings with him extensive experience and strategic contacts from his nearly 30 years in Wichita and more than five years in Kansas City. His work has been recognized and featured in high profile settings for the past 30 years. He has won a National Silver Telly, been featured in Step-by-Step magazine, and featured in the books Color Harmony: Logos by Rockport and Logo Lounge by Rockport Publishing. A font he designed was used as the logo for the FOX TV show “The Following”, starring Kevin Bacon and for the Netflix show “The Business of Drugs”. Having worked at advertising agencies in both Wichita and Kansas City, he is a marketing expert, art director, copywriter, and television producer. Bob’s strategic vision has been key to helping many global brands grow.
“Early in my career and while I was working at a local Wichita advertising agency, I designed the Occidental Management logo. The concept and design of using a phoenix to illustrate commercial real estate won an award for logo design,” Ale-Ebrahim said. “So now, working internally in the marketing department I’ve come full circle.”
Bob Ale-Ebrahim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from Wichita State University.
