UnitedLex Signs 16,000 SF Lease at Aspiria in Overland Park
(Overland Park, Kan. Feb. 9, 2022) Legal and technology solutions company UnitedLex has agreed to a new lease at Aspiria in Overland Park, Kansas. The company signed a 16,419 square-foot lease at the corporate campus.
UnitedLex will occupy space in building 11501.
Occidental Management President Chad Stafford says the UnitedLex space at Aspiria shows the stability and flexibility of the corporate campus.

Property owner Occidental Management’s recent changes and additions to the campus to fulfil that commitment include introducing a ground-breaking app to the campus and bringing the RideKC bike share program to Overland Park. New features like these have led to an increase in companies seeking an industry-leading space to do their business, including recent new additions TreviPay, CreativeOne, Yellow Corp., and TTEC Holdings.

In addition to the already developed 140 acres of land on which the existing Aspiria campus is built, Occidental Management has put forward plans to create a live, work, play destination on the additional 60 acres surrounding the existing campus at the corner of 119th Street and Nall Avenue.
Once fully developed, the area will have an additional 1 million square feet of class A office space, 380,000 square feet of mixed-use retail and restaurant space, a 120-room hotel and 600 multifamily units, creating a truly inclusive hub of life and business in the Midwest. Design planning on the long-term project has already begun, and space is available for lease in the New Offices At Aspiria.
