Aspiria welcomes new tenant CreativeOneOccidental Management Announces Lease Agreement with CreativeOne at Aspiria Campus

The newest tenant to rapidly growing Aspiria in Overland Park is diversified financial services organization CreativeOne. The company will relocate its headquarters to 25,000 square feet on the former Sprint World Headquarters campus. 

“CreativeOne’s move to Aspiria represents another significant milestone for us,” said Mike Miller, CreativeOne President and CEO. “The space is ideal for our cutting-edge platforms and will complement our vision for the future to continue to build a collaborative culture focused on the success of our financial advisors.” He continued, “Relocating means not only accommodating our growing in-house teams, including our broker-dealer Client One Securities and Registered Investment Adviser ChangePath, but it reflects who we are as an organization.”   

Occidental Management President Chad Stafford says the newest company to call Aspiria “home” highlights how important cutting-edge technology and amenity-rich features are for attracting businesses and top talent to the Overland Park corporate campus.

Companies like CreativeOne will have front row seats to the expansion and development of the surrounding 60 acres, which will add more amenities to the campus and transform it into a “Live-Work-Play” destination. The Wichita-based development firm expects to add over 1 million square feet of additional class A office space, 380,000 square feet of mixed-use retail and restaurant space, a 120-room hotel and 600 multifamily units, creating a truly inclusive hub of life and business in the Midwest. 

CreativeOne expects to occupy the space in January 2022. Bryan Johnson of Colliers International handled the lease on behalf of the company.
