Wichita-based commercial real estate company, Occidental Management, announced the addition of Hunter Johnson, former Senior Vice President of Block Real Estate Services, LLC, to the Sales and Leasing team at the Aspiria campus in Overland Park. Johnson brings more than 15 years of experience to his new role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Occidental Management.

This addition follows the rapid growth at former Sprint World Headquarters with recent tenant lease announcements including TTEC Holdings and Yellow Corporation.

Throughout his 15-year career, Johnson has been involved in more than 300 transactions totaling in over $400 million.

Johnson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in Financial Management and Business Analysis. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He and his wife are proud parents of three children.
