Located in the historic Occidental building of downtown Wichita, Occidental Management Inc. (OMI) was established in 1997 by Gary Oborny . Originally dealing with acquisitions, OMI evolved into a developmental company with the construction of their Bristol Square property in 2000. Since then OMI has progressed into a multi-faceted company specializing not only in acquisitions and development but sales and lease as well. OMI currently operates over 15 properties and is reknown for its innovative and dynamic concepts in development of real estate while establishing strategic relationships.
